Absolutely, your SoleCup is barista friendly and it works in all coffee shop machines.
Our lids are screw-on resulting in the best possible seal, also our lids press close making them splash proof. However, we wouldn’t recommend putting it in a rucksack as it may get knocked open.
We typically advise 30-90 minutes but this is a tricky one, as it really depends on the drink. For instance, drinks without milk will stay warmer for longer.
Removing your cork band frequently can cause it to loosen over time. If your cork band becomes loose we recommend gently hand washing it, and allowing it to partly dry. Then place the band on your SoleCup and allow it to dry completely
The SoleCup lid is designed for ease of use on the go and the flap on the lid should close so that the stopper prevents any spills. You can test your lid by filling your SoleCup with cold water, closing the lid then turning it upside down, there should be no drips.

The SoleCup Original is dishwasher safe, but we recommend removing your grip band and handwashing it in warm soapy water to clean it between uses.
Yes, we offer two sizes of our glass travel mugs, the Original (340ml) and the Large (510ml).
Occasionally, some drinks can cause staining. To remove staining we recommend soaking your SoleCup in hot soapy water, and gently scrubbing the stained area with a scouring pad. For tougher stains, we recommend using a small amount of baking soda when cleaning it.
The infuser screws in and out of the SoleCup lid to ensure the loose tea leaves stay inside the infuser. Simply add your favourite loose tea to your infuser, fill your SoleCup with hot water and slowly place the lid and infuser into your cup.
The smoothie filter is designed to stop bits of fruit or seeds making their way through the drink opening when using your SoleCup for fruit drinks and smoothies. It simply screws in and out of the SoleCup lid.
Yes, the infuser screws in and out of the lid, so you can fill it with your favourite loose tea on the go.
Yes, you can fully detach the loose tea infuser and use your SoleCup as a regular coffee cup.
The SoleCup Loose Tea infuser has very fine holes to allow the tea to infuse while minimising the amount of tea leaves in the water.
The infuser attaches to the SoleCup lid to ensure the loose tea leaves stay inside the infuser. Simply add your favourite loose tea to your infuser, fill your SoleCup with hot water and slowly place the lid and infuser into your cup.
The infuser is primarily designed for loose tea. However, some of our customers enjoy using their infuser for ground coffee as the perforations are very fine.
We have a range of 12oz and 18oz SoleCup Originals.
Once the lid is closed your coffee or tea will not leak out from your SoleCup, however, if you place it inside a bag the lid may catch and open.

In the first instance please check whether a delivery slip has been left for you. Or, if your delivery driver often leaves parcels for you with a neighbor or safe place, please check there also. If you still cannot locate your parcel please contact: paul@solecup.com with your order number.
Orders are sent via Royal Mail and will arrive in a recyclable cardboard box sealed with kraft paper tape.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a refund, your SoleCup must be unused and in its original condition.
Please note: customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Returns are only accepted for SoleCups purchased directly from our shop. If you bought your SoleCup from an authorized reseller, please contact them for returns.
To initiate a return, simply email us at paul@solecup.com with your order number and photos of any issues.
Cancellations
