Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a refund, your SoleCup must be unused and in its original condition.
Please note: customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Returns are only accepted for SoleCups purchased directly from our shop. If you bought your SoleCup from an authorized reseller, please contact them for returns.
To initiate a return, simply email us at paul@solecup.com with your order number and photos of any issues.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us before dispatch. We’ll do our best to cancel it and issue a full refund.
