We offer a 30-day returns period, starting from the day your order is delivered.
To qualify for a refund, your SoleCup must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original condition and packaging.
Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Returns can only be accepted for SoleCups purchased directly from our online store. If you purchased your SoleCup through an authorised retailer, please contact them directly to arrange your return.
To start a return, email us at paul@solecup.com with your order number and photos showing any issue. We’ll get back to you with the next steps as quickly as possible.
If you’d like to cancel your order, please contact us before it’s dispatched. If we’re able to stop it in time, we’ll cancel the order and issue a full refund.
